all the money and manpower. we could have spent 1/10th and gone door to door distributing HCQ and kits like they did in India with Ivermectin, Vit C, Vit D, Zinc.

according to CDC prototcols for the last pandemic, treating the community prophylactically is the actual "science" based approach.
