Ron is the son of a co-founder of 8Chan, the site Q moved to after 4Chan. He's a mod and assisted the move.

There's an HBO documentary about to premiere which accuses him of being Q (maybe?) All of the articles misquote the other founder of 8chan in the same way to make it sound as if he directly accused Ron, while all he said was that Ron and his dad have to know who Q is:

I never got an answer for how we know the transition from 4chan to 8kun was legit. It's not like tripcodes are multi-site wide. Is it just anons taking CM's word at face value?
