If it’s compressed, or has artifacts, it will look pixilated. I work with lots of 4K footage and see this stuff often, especially if I export with a low bit rate. They would look like boxes, “pixelated”. The top of your head doesn’t disappear. Your hands don’t look super imposed over microphones. Green screen is the only way you get these errors.

No, they filmed an empty road, then panned. They keyed the pan to coincide with when Biden's inserted greenscreen layer walks off, tracking using commonly accessible software ticks, and inserted the mics and reporter heads strategically to obfuscate Biden's feet. Zooms were achieved as Biden approaches digitally which lets them occur whenever they like, and the proof is when this is all 480p and shit because that's a lazy way to hide artifacting. You'll never see this shit in 1080p or 4k.
That and how they only bothered to show you Biden's feet when he was in grass, and then only two steps because elements interacting with the ground and casting shadows are the two hardest and time consuming parts. Another 12pm overcast day with the sun directly above. How telling.
Yup, been making this same point. High noon on an overcast day. We get two steps with his feet sinking into dry grass in cold ground, with the rest of the time his feet always obscured. They tried at least.
