institute of workforce equity? There's an institute for that? Critical race theory applied to hiring policy is what it sounds like to me. Can anyone dig some more into this woman, or the institute?
It seems their focus, at least if they're to be believed, is researching and developing policy related to the health care industry, specifically, for the workforce in this field.
She also appears to play the "racist" card in regards to the China-virus. Not sure how much merit there is to this, given that's a go-to for Leftists. Her interview begins around 2mins 5s of this video:
Nice, "structural racism", I bet there's a "critical theory" that goes along with that also.
To me, Wen looks like a CCP plant. Apparently her parents "escaped brutal communist China" and came here when she was 8, but she's pushing social justice, DACA, the usual things. Did a little bit of digging on her in a reply above,
The concept of "structural racism" (often called "systematic racism"), as presently defined, is a direct consequence of Critical Race Theory. CRT asserts that it isn't a question of whether there was racism, rather, that there was racism, and so, it is our responsibility to find it. "Structural racism" is a broad explanation for why "the system" is producing "dis-proportionate" outcomes, and hence, racism must be there, even if you cannot clearly identify the "racist structures".
Yeah, that's a good point, she might be associated with the CCP, either that, or a very useful idiot.

They hold an annual summit/conference (https://www.gwhwi.org/health-workforce-equity-summit.html ), the latest one had a focus on "structural racism", so, there's that.
