They weren't at the Kaiser hospital where my BIL works - he hasn't gotten a shot (and won't) but he was working a few days in one of the large meeting halls where they were vaxxing dozens(!) of people at a time and he hasn't seen any NG or military there at all. He knows the docs giving the shots & all the staff and there was no one new.
