Makes super sense to me. Been working in lower management for corporation for years now. I find myself the same person but also know that ive been groomed for upper management but the delay is I still question real movement but still on board because I can validate my concerns as well as I put in valuable labor. Total fall out would be a great change and sucky at the same time but I'm willing if i knew what my helpful role would be. Ive been telling people for years we are litterally living in slavery but its even more profitable for the plantation owners because they dont have to provide food or housing. I believe my promotion years ago was due to an essay I wrote on my review on a youtube video I seen on human farming and what the video was about and how I have applied that to my workers and what kind of productivity it has produced put of my workers.
