So we have a former Gates German doctor calling the vaccine bad along with a whole bunch of others and we have Donald Trump saying to get the vaccine. The cognitive dissonance is starting to get out of hand, and fancy footwork reasoning is starting to get fancier. Can someone please help me out.

"I would. I would recommend it and I would recommend it to a lot of people that don’t want to get it and a lot of those people voted for me, frankly, but again, we have our freedoms and we have to live by that and I agree with that also," President Trump said. "But, it is a great vaccine. It is a safe vaccine and it is something that works."
but again, we have our freedoms and we have to live by that and I agree with that also," President Trump said
He's not saying "get the vaccine," there's more than one idea there. The media has only been quoting the first part, of course.
I'm sorry you lost me, he said it works and the German guy said it kills. I don't care if he lies for purposes of War. He also said he didn't know much about Q. I'll take that for purposes of War.
It's not "cognitive dissonance" though. If he'd said it was bad and people were dying, there'd be a never-ending shitstorm on every channel. It's optics. He has to avoid giving them anything they can use, at this point.
And, like I said, there's two ideas there. "but again, we have our freedoms ... I agree with that also" He's not just saying "oh it's great, go get it."
You do realize there's a narrative that the media is constantly presenting, right? The election was fair, there was no fraud, lockdowns are necessary, the vaccine is mandatory, covid denialism is on the rise, Qanons are white supremacists, etc etc etc. Right?
People standing up against that and coming back with facts doesn't equal "cognitive dissonance". More like, truth versus propaganda? Which is why there's so much censorship right now.
Well I can agree with all of that. And thank you, reading this was definitely comforting.
