I have seen this site before, and I think it leads into a bunch of stuff from a group that calls themselves the sovereign citizens, and it's a huge Rabbit hole I actually went down, the only thing I can tell you is I somehow ended up on a consumer complaint forum, and I have a link with some quick fact check saying that the site is fake, but it's from Reuters, so there's that.
