You're getting downvoted but I swear we had a thread on this long ago where the majority of pedes were insistent they debunked this as not being hunter.

It was some law related fellow who I believe was giving an overview of a case of some kind and spoke earlier or later on in the recording.

I remember getting downvoted to hell for thinking that it WAS Hunter and being proven otherwise by some very believable explanations.
