And then the gov needed to make the patriot/militia movement look bad so they staged the Oklahoma City bombing. If you go down that rabbit hole, you will realize that McVeigh was a patsy, and the "official" story doesn't really add up.

They say McVeigh's motive was the governments action at Ruby Ridge & Waco. But it was really convenient that OKC painted the patriots as the bad guys and flipped the narrative that it was time to stand up the the tyrannical government.
