Could this be what "darkness to light" was referring to? Just a though... Double meanings are a thing. Bring what they have done in darkness into the light, while at the same te stepping out of the shadows back into the light.

I don't know whether to make a post but am curious if anyone else has this on their phone. I don't use a smartphone only a flip phone. When I go into settings and then to Emergency alert, under receive alerts there is one for Presidential alerts specifically. This one cannot be turned off. There are others that can be turned off such as extreme alert, severe alert, amber alert. Editing to add I don't believe this was in there a while back when looking through my settings.
