Could Trump come back as the 17th President?

Technically Washington wasn't a President since the constitution was not ratified until 1788. Washington was Presiding Officer of Congress. So that would mean Trumps return would make hime the 17th President not the 19th. Thoughts?

The only way he comes back is as the 47th if we vote him in 2024. The institutions are too weak and feckless to remove Biden even when we prove he is illegitimate.
