I dont trust government with the death penalty. lock them up permanently ( yes I would not trust government to lock up permanently also) the problem with the death penalty is that it can be used to go after political enemies. I have no problem with a citizen punishing some one how they see fit ( I believe in jury nullification in some cases of a citizen taking the law into there own hand) sometimes people deserve to die. My problem is when government is given the task. I know this is a weird view and if I ever served on a jury and the death penalty was a possibility I could hand it out but it is just not something I trust government and politicians with .
Who the fuck said they would not be given due process.
If you are found guilty of a capital crime, by a jury of your peers, in America, you die. It's not up for debate, unless you can get elected to office and over rule it.
The firing squad was reinstated because these people are sick.
you trust the government to give an honest trial. Remember Michael Flynn's trial … never said theses individuals that are guilty of horrendous crimes did not deserve death...I dont trust government with it as a tool for them to have.
If you were American you would know that if you don't trust your government, you have the responsibility to change it...not the right, the responsibility. At least for any one that has sworn and oath to the Law of The Land.
All power belongs to The People in America. With that power, We The People also carry the responsibility to solve it by what ever means necessary.
