I’m going through the same as you. I started working out at 5:30 every morning. At a boot camp gym. It’s hard, they are ex military. Breaking a hard sweat, losing my breath and tearing my muscles have been amazing. The endorphins are spinning and I feel better emotionally.
I have been impatient, Irritable, heavy laden, and no joy. Doing this has helped A lot. Good luck.
