This looks to be a standard training exercise flight. If it was a non-training mission, you would not be seeing it. N.B. the military trains for realistic scenarios.

E-4B Nightwatch TITAN25 is near Taiwan right now coming out of SK.

I've seen several other posts on here talking about post 4414 and the possibility of something nuclear going down. I don't know how this stuff works, but I did notice our E-6b Mercury circling over the Atlantic overnight. Is this normal? This video from MilitaryNews suggests this plane is designed to server the purpose of military communications in the event that the mainland communications are out, and that the circling pattern is done at slow speed while it communicates with the nuclear subs that are out there. I read on here earlier today they are apparently looking for a missing Russian Sub with warheads. Who knows what to believe.
