The white hat knew the government is totally corrupted, yet they allowed the presidency be stolen. The theory that only at precipice people have the will to fight, but fight what? The entire government is corrupted, do they fight against themselves? People have no power. The people did fight, they voted. Those who were supposed to guard the voting did not guard it, but allowed it stollen. You want people to rise up yet you don't want them to disobey the violent policing force of the government that enhance the corruption. The other half of the people don't know they are at precipice. The good people should take the power and lead, actively change the power structure of government. But they are now letting the rest of the people live on speculation.

You can't nab people for shoplifting something while they are carrying it around still inside the store.
Sure you can. You won't be able to charge them with a crime, but you can take back what belongs to you, kick them out of your store and keep them from ever coming back in the future.
Actually, in some states, just "concealing" it is considered shoplifting. I know this because my 14 year old brother put something in his inside coat pocket, and before he even got near the door, they apprehended him and charged him with shoplifting.
Here's the Ky law
433.234 Shoplifting. (1) Willful concealment of unpurchased merchandise of any store or other mercantile establishment on the premises of such store shall be prima facie evidence of an intent to deprive the owner of his property without paying the purchase price therefor. (2) All city and county law enforcement agencies shall cause to be made a photograph, a set of fingerprints, and a general descriptive report of all persons except juveniles arrested for theft through an act of shoplifting. If convicted, two (2) copies of each item shall be forwarded within thirty (30) days to the Department of Kentucky State Police of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet. Effective: June 26, 2007 History: Amended 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 315, effective June 26, 2007. -- Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art. V, sec. 24(3); and ch. 406, sec. 318. -- Amended 1968 Ky.
