I want to point out this looks like the new AF1. The old UN Bird from the bottom up is Light Blue, White Stripe, Gold Stripe, Dark Blue..

Its hard to tell from the light refraction but it definitely looks like it could be the (Bottom to top) Dark Blue, White Stripe, Red Stripe, I cannot make out the top.

It is set to be delivered in 2024, but that was before COVID free'd up everyones time. It could have also been optics for a 2024 delivery. It's also worth noting President Trump negotiated the deal for two planes to be made for the price of one.

Also, Marine One is in the background.
