I remember when I used to live in Texas, a politician's car was seen in the parking lot of a massage parlor suspected of providing extra services. A local news station was notified and pictures were taken of the car and license plate.

Within weeks legislation was passed allowing massage parlors to construct tall cinder block walls between the parking lot and the road, preventing anyone passing by from seeing the cars in the parking lot.

Hilarious.
