Their claim is that Joe Biden won the election, but this guy isn't Joe Biden. Joe got his "shot" in December. 20th Amendment applies? Under no circumstances (even fraudulent ballots) was this mystery person masquerading as Biden elected. His name is NOT "Joe Biden", so he wasn't even on the ballot.
