Lets remember that UFOs don't always (If ever) means ETs. Anything that flies and can't be identified and/or contacted is an UFO. Hate to Burst some bubbles, but it's more likely to be chinese spy planes than alien spaceships

Germans already had working (if somewhat inaccurately) proto-ICBMs and remote controlled robots (Goliath) in the 1940's. Human capacities are vastly underestimated. The fact that all the cool toys are classified doesn't help.
