Great video composition! How did you do that? The only thing I can contribute is this picture - https://rsf.org/en/news/death-daily-press-briefing-how-white-house-closing-door-american-people that shows just how close and big these boom mics really are! I never really believed they would have mics so close but the DJT picture suggests otherwise. Doesn't invalidate the rest of it.
