Actually I think this whole list is capitalized when they shouldn't be EFERSSEIEC

Not sure what to make of it but do know we were told to watch for caps that shouldn't be.

Maybe there are secret courts being held in the name of national security. Maybe the courts have ruled they found fraud and this is an update. Its a long shot but I'll take the hopium.
