"However, and this is the soul-crushing detail, Durham needs Department of Justice approval before going ahead with indictments. I would put the odds on such approval coming from the DOJ under A.G. designate Merrick Garland as very low."
I read that Durham needs no ones approval to charge

Thank you for the sauce ?
Check out X22s report from Wednesday night I believe. He debunks that claim
That is MSM bs they are saying Durham needs approval being a SC which he does not! The MSM is going by what Mueller did, Mueller didn't have anything, So He decided to give it to Barr to see if he wanted to follow up with charges and when they didn't Meuller could place the lack of charges on Barr and company. Durham does not have to do that. Why would Trump and Barr make the moves for Durham if he had to ask Xiden for permission to investigate and charge his son and himself, Doesn't make much sense, does it?
I hope you're right. It's true he still holds his SC status, so maybe he will follow through when he has everything he needs after all. They spun all the stories about his supposed resignation so I shouldn't be surprised they'd spin this too.
The lack of leaks should tell you a lot. I tend to think dave from x22 has a good opinion as he thinks a trigger will hit when Xiden's AG tries to remove/ shutdown Durham's investigations. He also mentioned that Durham could be done already and waiting on Trump to make a move. But none of us know what is going to happen and Hope is all we got.
That one beautiful word 'COULD' changes everything. Thanks for that.
