Our recipe for health (physical and spiritual):

• No masks, normal hygiene, avoid proximity to sick people
• No smoking, drinking or drugs.
• Squeezed vegetable juice once a week.
• Squeezed apple juice once a week. Healthy eating, lots of outdoor exercise (hiking).
• Daily vitamin supplements (A, B, C, D, magnesium, zinc, quercetin and fish oil).
• No TV, no MSM on internet, no interaction with libtards.
• Daily Bible reading, prayer and meditation of what Christ would do and say.

Overall we are in good health, no stress or fear and our full trust is in God (not any human being).

People must awaken themselves. We do not actively try to red pill anyone. Our kids have very different views than us so we stay away from discussions of politics.
