The left will tell POTATUS he's not President anymore. That's been their plan all along. They want Kamala Harris. This may wake some of the moderate Democrat voters as to the deterioration of their party. Then proof of voter fraud that cannot be denied shows people that all stuff you discuss has been illegitimately installed in the first place. I know, it would have been better to have this sooner, but this is part of correcting against future election fraud. Without such corrections, there is no point in elections. This is an extremely significant move.
