This is a tactic, to encourage fraud with the paper certificates that will create an excuse for electronic certificates, via cellphones initially, which is just as open to fraud as paper, the ultimate objective is a tattoo, chip or the Moderna (IG Farben) version of a liquid operating system, with nano particle serial numbers for everyone.

Additionally, counterfeit vaccination cards en masse would cause the public mind to think, that everyone gets the vaccine.

Sneaky shit won't help in the long run. Enough people need to stand behind the human right of freely deciding for or against any medical treatment for their own body, without suffering any discrimination for their FREE choice.
