I just duckduckgoed and got a verse from Job on biblehub. "Singular" only shows up in the word definitions at the end of the passage, I think that may be what pulled it up.

Here's all the million and a half definitions of "die" on freedictionary. There's a metallurgic use meaning a die to cast metal (esp. coins,) but it's a noun only- you can't "die" a something.
