"green screen" is a layman's colloquialism for any kind of image super imposition. But for posterity I think your knowledge is appreciated.

Actually, green screening is used to remove a background. I have video software that allows me to add several dozen layers both above and below the original. Whoever did this fake video either has limited skills and software or was just plain lazy.
