The manager at Mission BBQ made me put on a mask.
? DEM PANIC ?
They had no problem accepting my cash payment, and I'm allowed to take my mask off when I eat.
But if I walk in not wearing a mask. I get yelled at.
They just lost another customer.
I don't know why people are encouraging this shit by going to restaurants to begin with. IF an establishment makes you wear a mask then don't go in.
I order my groceries through Walmart, go pick them up and never go in.
Does Walmart suck? Yes. But then I don't spend more money than I intend and I don't spend money in places that enforces masks. At least Walmart gives me an alternative.
Dude, you’re still giving them business. You’re still buying products if you go in or not. If any place makes you wear a mask, don’t shop there. Not in person, not online! “Going in” or not makes no difference to the bottom line. Shopping elsewhere does!
Where am I going to get groceries though? Every store makes you wear a mask but at least Walmart allows you to pre-order your groceries. No one else does.
I hate it, but it's the "lesser of two evils" as they say.
Hanniford does on the east coast
I've been to numerous places around town without a mask, and I've been to this restaurant without a mask before.
Mission BBQ is a restaurant that panders to conservatives with its American imagery. So you'd think that it wouldn't be so strict.
The right soyboy manager makes all the difference.
They treat their staff like garbage, which is why they are highly demotivated.
I can't find a good Wal-Mart unless I go down South.
I think you're right and I totally agree. BUT this is one of the evil Catch 22's they have us in -- wear a mask like a brainwashed slave in order to shop for groceries OR don't come in.
For me Walmart is the only way t get groceries without having to go in, but I hear ya -- I HATE having to shop with them.
