I'm just north of Boulder and haven't heard anything about Boulder High School other than helicopters may have landed there as a staging spot. Do you have a credible source besides the image posted? My daughter is in Boulder right now.

Is boulder an open carry or concealed carry? Is it legal to go rogue and just go end it yourself?

Boulder offers a concealed carry license for the state of CO. The timing here is a little interesting though, since an assault ban was just lifted. Will be telling to see what they say the shooter used.
