I don't think the FBI is using dead people as patsies. Not in the way you think. [They]'re not outright killing people and then dumping bodies at the crime scene. They're getting unstable people to act out for [them] that are killed as the attack is perpetrated, so [they] don't have to worry about anything the shooter may say that will implicate [them] in the process. I agree, that a dead suspect can't tell the truth, but our govt has to "urge" these certain unstable minds to do the deed, in order to kill them outright. It's kinda like Doc Holliday playing to Ringo's emotions and instability in order to kill him, in the movie Tombstone.

Who are their psychologists? Wasn’t that something we were to look into?
It's hard to find the head shrinkers without the FF's that highlight them.
