Pedes abroad, any info on how the other jabs are behaving ?

Afaik, there's also a Russian vaccine (Sputnik V) and a Chinese one (Sinovac), as well as an Indian one. For the pedes where they are being used, any data on how they're behaving (side effects, deaths and such ) ?
