Research "The Monroe Institute" and their "Hemi-Sync" techniques. Tied into US Army & CIA "Remote Viewing" projects; also head of project Frederick Atwater, former US Army Intel agent and protege of General Stubblebine. Hemi-Sync cassette tapes and a Walkman player issued to Army troops as experiments in "relaxation therapy".
