Well, I never thought about it this hard before.

Get some submarines with maybe reinforced sails (under ice ops) to push from the front and the stern to skew a large enough ship.

This could cause some economic chaos somewhere that is very dependent on a continuous flow of goods through this area.

Watch the stocks and oil prices to see who cares the most.
