Check this video. We all know that the US and allies to the white hats has deployed its carriers outside the coast of China aswell earlier. It all fits if you ask me. If they DS cant access the oil, the cabal will fail world wide and the US wins the war.

I doubt it, just because that would massively hurt there citizens and that doesn't seem like it would be any part of Gods plan. Now child trafficking makes sense. Probably not that vessel, but one they are stalling
