There are very few places without basements..much less connecting tunnels in DC.. drainage baby. Oh and the metrorail tunnels..redline runs along Conneticut. In fact Conneticut runs by WH..Kalorama and to the corner where it is..Right along Embassy Row too. Who lives on Kalorama..Jarrett and the Zeros. Grrrrr.how convenient.
