2020 Election rigging...military involvement?

If the plan “had to” include Biden being “elected”, is it possible that US Military was involved in the 2020 election rigging? If so, is that why the Dominion/Smartmatic issue is being slow-walked/down-played? Or did they just know that the swamp would resort to that? Is the swamp being framed lol?
Fren, that is what I have always thought, too. But, since I work a lot with Monte Carlo simulations (granted, not military-grade AI), I know there are A LOT of variables. When you absolutely must have a certain outcome, you usually wouldn’t leave those variables to chance. Maybe they expected them to do it, but were prepared to frame them if necessary. Hard to tell who the white hats are with the possibility of double and triple agents. Q better write a tell-all book when we are on the other side of this
Was the threat of DECLAS used to force DS to act or did they do it just because they are scum?
If they have it, it’s past time to use.
If the hadn't "won" the election the fsll back plan would have been to use the Trump second term and his new majorities in the house and senate to clean house that way.
This would have been a far better solution. If the plan is for large masses to lose confidence in the government along with the mass’s support, they are doing a great job. The problem is, how do you get their support back once you’ve lost it?
Ask the Republican Party and our “representatives” in Congress and the Senate how that is working out. The “unknown variable” they may be underestimating is their ability to get the masses to support them when this is over.

I don't like what is happening and I doubt there is a plan still in play. I think the black hats won this round and now things are starting to fall apart.
Q post 4688 makes the point that a non-digital pathway to rigging is being created to the tune of 80 million ballots. Can’t find it, but there is at least one Q Post with an NSA tweet about the fact they’ve been working on election security since the 2018 mid-term. It makes it sound like digital fraud will be risky.
There is video and audio from Georgia where you hear them give the go for the middle of the night ballots in the roller cases to be counted. The reason is because they know that POTUS is winning and winning big. It seems they freaked out and risked the digital pathway too.
Remember early on Sidney Powell saying they wanted to get caught? Then Lin Wood said it seemed like they wanted to get caught? Is it possible there was a white hat operator who infiltrated the greatest election fraud organization in history who might have intentionally left digital bread crumbs?
