Did a Nuclear weapon get seized on the Evergreen? Could this be the Defcon Scare event?

It reminds me of the shipping containers that are actually missile launchers like this one: https://john1911.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Club-K-Container-Missile-System-1.jpg
I wonder if anything like that is aboard the Evergreen for any reason.
Someone help me remember.....I vaguely recall George Webb talking about certain shipping containers that can NOT be checked or searched because the country sending them have some kind of label on them indicating that those containers are off limits to search? Is it some kind of international 'free pass' we have with certain countries? My brain is dead...all I keep thinking of is how Ambassadors from other countries can't be charged with certain 'crimes' here in America.....along those lines with the containers? Help. What's it called?
I'm pretty sure you are thinking of a diplomatic bag.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diplomatic_bag
"It may only contain articles intended for official use. It is often escorted by a diplomatic courier, who is similarly immune from arrest and detention."
Pretty cool and neat at the same time.
They sure don't teach you about that in college or high school.
I guess then it's all how you define 'official use'. :)
