I don’t think he could process a response fast enough. He couldn’t understand or comprehend what was going on to respond in the correct preprogrammed way, best he could do was nod.

The reporter is Belgian and speaks English as a second language.

An English speaking native drinking the MSM Kool-Aid would have had a hard time responding and the language barrier just amplifies that.
