Hello All,
Ive been here for a while, but I am here today with a new problem. I want to become a whistleblower..
over the past two years, I have witnessed illegal actions performed by not only a previous company that I worked for, but also surrounding companies in the area working together in unison to illegally collect data on ex employees. To the tune of, trespassing on private property, gang stalking, stalking my home, walking up to my home, staying overnight on my property, flying airplanes over my house at very illegal (emergency landing) altitudes, GPS on vehicle...
I know you're thinking wow, this guy must be a real WHACK job... Before this I was just like all of you, working a 12 hour a day job, making great money... I was injured at the fault of the company, who then fired me for missing work, who then began stalking me once my condition did not improve. I guess they think they are going to catch me slipping up or something, but my injury is very real, and it was complete company negligence that landed me here. I think they are trying to eliminate me, or make me eliminate myself, before it comes time for me to stand my day in court over them...
I know it does! Trust me I am wellllllll aware of how crazy it sounds. I already have tons of evidence, ive submitted to lawyers, FAA safety managers, my doctor... Nothing seems to slow them down, so here I am asking to be a whistleblower.. Its nothing I don't have documentation for, its there... Its just no one in my circle gives a single shit.
I am well aware of a PI, their rules of engagement, and their tactics. Ive experienced it. I have a PI that comes to my doctors appts, physical therapy appts and sits and watches me, its his job.. We never have any issues what so ever, I even occasionally nod to him as I am leaving the parking lot. I do my therapy super early, I am one of 2 patients saw at this time because of the focus thats required to be spent on me.. Same man, every day in the parking lot and hour before they open, just waiting for me to come pull up and walk in.. They have hired this guy to cover their tracks, while the company in question, teamed up with other companies in the area, go after people like myself directly (off the books)
This is why I am asking to become a whistle blower.. It sounds crazy, but having a random wall of texts to base your opinions off of really skews things, and the fact that I am a backwoods country boy and do not have the best typing skills honestly does not help the situation..
I am such a highlighted target because of my pay before my injury... They are literally bleeding out right now having to continue to pay me my wage. I had a very high level job within the company and was in the top 10% of earners there.. The lawsuit that follows would literally shut their plant down, theyve already lost more than 1 north american plant this year..
Thank you for this! Unfortunately thats my problem, I can't walk. I was pinned up against a wall by a heavy piece of industrial equipment. It got me from the waist down, but my foot was the only thing that was really destroyed.. You should have saw what that steel toe plate did to me...
I essentially limp around with a cane, very slowly and I cannot go very far. At the moment they say its a miracle that I am getting around this good. Everyone is over the moon with my progress, except the people paying for it.
I walked to my mailbox with a cane for the first time in two years last week, I have spent the last two years confined to my house, scratching at the walls going crazy. I was a US soldier before this, I was an active member of my community before this.. I was a person before this..
These are all fantastic ideas. Thank you, in my insanely overwhelming thought process, simple things like this escape your mind as your mentally pacing the floor trying to not only figure it all out, but to remain sane.
A spotter scope would likely do well for me. I wanted a trail cam, but I would need one with cloud capacity and app alarms/updates. Its springtime and the bushes are greening up, I say it wont be but a month or so before they are back on my property. Things died down once the foliage fell last year..
