Like any criminal group they modify things for smuggling there contraband. Human smuggling in a ship that has secret compartments added after construction. Containers are filled with plastic garbage made in china. Other compartments have kids in them. This story will grow every day and more and more people will see them taken off and demand justice...The Big Reveal. Just random thoughts
