There is no mayhem if everyone quietly removes their masks and simply doesn't respond when told to put it back on.

Let them call ahead for authorities to meet the plane upon landing and arrest dozens of people.

Meanwhile passengers notify the media (or others) that they might just want to be there for the mass arrests.
