I mean the shape could be completely accidental as the ship was just idling around waiting for it's turn to head through the canal. You can see all the other ships moving around in circles and shit while they wait.

It is funny as hell that it looks like a dickbutt though. Also the tugboats appearing right after it gets stuck and swarming around it trying to get it unstuck made me giggle too.
