Joe Biden's first press conference is in the east wing. More foreign dignitary stuff?

I know Trump has given a few speeches from the East Wing but I mostly remember it being used mainly for welcoming foreign dignitaries. Am I wrong?

This is actually pretty funny listening to him. I can't believe they are even letting him attempt to speak. He isn't even making sense.

Yeah, I am still trying to reconcile what the question on gun control has to do with infrastructure jobs a la capping methane leaking wells.
