Never ran into a school that water fountains are dangerous or full of asbestos... most of his talk about infrastructure are in no way a federal government concern. Its state and local. Highways yes, but they've thrown money at that my whole life and roads everywhere are still shit. Money is not the problem, bad contracting, pork, and kickbacks are.
