I feel that sentiment. I prefer to be a part of a whole, working to help others. Some aren’t cut out to lead, like myself. With every job I’ve had, I have preferred working away from any out-in-front position and have enjoyed it, feeling like I’ve made a difference. It’s when I am transferred to front end that I produce sub-optimal work.

You have to play to your strengths, and sometimes the only strength we have left is the love and devotion to our families.
