Just my 2 cents, But I think they know exactly what they are looking for and probably where to find it. And most likely it is all of the above. You don't commence a raid if you don't know the specifics, and you certainly wouldn't compromise the entire global economy for an educated guess. Watch the water is pretty significant with this situation I do believe. A lot of coincidences. Im not trying to say Putin is good but he sure as hell doesn't like the European and global mafia that conspires in Brussles.
