Of all the almighty gall, Federal Reserve Head Criminal Jerome Powell complained in a speech money that cryptocurrencies, “[A]re not backed by anything.” By golly, if that ain’t the pot calling the kettle black, since the currency he inflates, the US dollar, ain’t backed by a durned thing, unless you count debt. There’s German word that neatly describes what Powell did: Unverschaemtheit, complete lack of shame. He’d pick a cop’s pocket.
