Looked a little into the man doing the audit. IG Michael J. Roark. You will find the answer finding out who this guy is. I couldn't come to a definite conclusion. He has been involved with exposing corruption it seems but I didn't get too deep. It would be a very telling clue as to behind the scenes if we can determine the loyalty of the man doing the investigation. Im not to computer savvy but I hope someone who is will take up the task and bring light to this.I do believe it has significant tand can bring insight to behind the curtain and who is really in charge. No doubt there is a civil war being waged behind the scenes.
