Literally NONE of these can force you to release your medical information to them. It is called a HPPA violation. Firing you for not receiving it is called wrongful termination, in which you can file a lawsuit.

Companies giving you no other choice but to get the vaccine or be fired are also very likely for any vaccination injury in which you may receive, sometimes reminding them of this really helps things..
